Well no it’s not good enough for Disney because apparently Luke and Anakin were utterly useless at bringing down the oppression because this “First Order” comes outta nowhere like the empire didn’t literally just collapse. And remember that prophecy anakin fulfilled? Well forget about that, because Palpatine is still alive for marketing purposes so anakin no longer has a fulfilling character arc. Also that Luke guy you once liked is now a coward and he hates the force. Then the new Skywalker boy turns mega evil and oppresses the galaxy while killing tons of people. And his entire existence is supposedly justified just because he stopped the very thing he started. That’s like someone pushing me into the street in front of a car and then pulling me right back before it hits me and saying, well you better be grateful because now I’m a good guy.” And how does Palpatine just create these super powerful Snokes that are naturally strong in the force? Where did all the Star destroyers come from? In the end of this film nothing has changed for the better, so how is this a good end to the saga? Now Palpatine is dead and the oppression is brought down (again) only its 3 movies later and with a bunch of unresolved characters. Not a single character from this new trilogy is redeeming except for Kylo Ren and even his character arc blows. Thanks for giving us this entirely new and original story Disney. You guys really knocked it out of the park on this one👍🏻.
